Waratek has innovated a disruptive new approach to application security called runtime application self-protection (RASP). This approach renders enterprise applications self-protecting. Waratek provides transparent RASP containers for web applications deployed in datacenters and cloud environments and delivers out of the box protection against most severe known vulnerabilities and unknown attacks. Waratek’s unique virtualization-based approach eliminates the need for enterprises to re-write or modify their applications and does not meaningfully impact the performance of the application – all while protecting enterprise applications and data from logic attacks like SQL Injection, network attacks and unpatched vulnerabilities in legacy application platforms, third party and open source code, and effectively countering Zero Day malware.
