The main benefit of a security operations center is the improvement of security incident detection through regular monitoring and analysis of data activity. By analyzing and tracking this activity across an organization’s endpoint, networks, servers, and cloud, databases round the clock, the SOC team is critical to ensure timely detection and action during security incidents.
