Overview

Beyon Cyber is a part of Beyon Group which is the largest communications and information technology company in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Beyon Cyber operated as part of Batelco’s Cyber Security unit for 14 years before being officially launched in 2022. After its official launch, Beyon Cyber started to provide cyber security services in Bahrain and Jordan. To expand its GCC scale, Beyon Cyber acquired DTS Solution, in January 2023 and started offering security services in UAE.

Beyon Cyber offers cybersecurity services across GCC with presence in 7 countries including Maldives & Channel Islands. It has three fully functional SOCs in GCC today, in Bahrain, UAE and Jordan. Its offerings include Advisory & Consulting services, Security Engineering, Cyber Defense, Security Assurance and OT security. Under the Advisory & Consulting unit, it offers services such as Maturity Assessment, Security Governance, Security Risk Assessment, Compliance, and Security Awareness Training. Security Engineering services are offered across a range of cybersecurity technologies such as for Application Security, Data Security, Identity Security, Network Security and Endpoint Security. Under the umbrella of its MSS portfolio, Beyon Cyber offers its flagship MDR platform.

Apart from the security services, Beyon Cyber has two product offerings that include COMPLYAN, which is a compliance mapping product-based services that helps to manage the level of compliance towards cyber security and data protection regulations, standards, and frameworks. And HAWKEYE, which is a cyber threat detection and response platform offering Monitoring, XDR, Threat Hunting and Advanced Threat Attribution etc.

In terms of talent strategy starting as a lean entity over the past 3 years, Beyon Cyber today employs 150+ cyber security professionals.

Beyon cyber not only believes in hiring security talent but also nurturing in-country talent. Grooming Bahraini national cybersecurity professionals has been key to its growth strategy. Last year, Beyon Cyber partnered with Tamkeen, the Labor Fund and SANS institute to give specialized cybersecurity training to nationals that spanned across 8 months.
