Overview
BIO-key PortalGuard – Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) offers the widest range of authentication methods to easily add a layer of security to any login. This includes BIO-key’s unique Identity-Bound Biometric authentication methods which go beyond devices and tokens to authenticate the person completing the request. PortalGuard empowers users, based on security policies set by the admin, to select the authentication method that works best for them as they try to login. PortalGuard’s MFA supports more granular authentication approaches including Contextual Authentication and Step-up Authentication that can adjust the required authentication method(s) based on the context of the user’s access request.
