Overview

BullPhish ID highlights a company’s security posture and potential risk, so the employees who may have been the weakest link in a company’s defense can become its strongest point of protection from phishing attacks. The security awareness training combines the most validated credential exposure data in the marketplace with the tools to test, train and measure employee knowledge. The goal of the awareness training is to educate employees on potential security threats and encourage behavior change. It prepares staff for the inevitable attack, whether they are working in an office, on the road, or from home and provides MSPs and internal IT teams with peace of mind, more robust security, and the ability to easily fulfill and document compliance.

Through the service, MSPs and internal IT teams can easily customize simulations based on their needs. BullPhish ID provides the capability to build, import and edit groups of “target” employees to be included in a phishing simulation or training campaign. Multiple groups can be imported within one organization in order to send different campaigns and messaging based on the audience. Additionally, users can schedule phishing campaigns to send at random times during a specified period. This prevents the “prairie dog effect” of employees warning one another that they’ve received a phishing email, which provides truer measurement of employee awareness.

In addition to its customization capabilities, BullPhish ID is engaging and easy for employees to use. It provides easy-to-understand, short and visually engaging training videos available in eight languages with online quizzes to verify the employee’s retention of the training content.
