NOMINATION HIGHLIGHTS
Legacy approaches to privileged access management (PAM) have hit a natural bottleneck. Built for a world of static servers and human admins, traditional vault-based tools create a massive integration tax when applied to modern cloud infrastructure. They require heavy agents, proxies, and synchronization delays that simply cannot keep pace with ephemeral environments or the explosion of non-human identities.
Britive is the answer to this architectural debt. We are the industry’s first natively unified identity security control plane, designed to secure human, machine, and agentic AI identities without the overhead of legacy vaults.
Architecting Risk Out: Instead of managing standing privileges (which represent a constant liability), Britive enforces zero standing privilege (ZSP). We move beyond static roles by minting dynamic, ephemeral permissions precisely at the moment of execution and burning them immediately upon task completion. This ensures that no identity holds inherent access by default, reducing the attack surface to near zero.
The Unified Control Plane: Britive replaces fragmented silos with a single policy engine. Our API-first, agentless architecture centralizes authorization across AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS, on-prem infrastructure, and internal solutions. This allows organizations to govern every identity through one common policy engine, eliminating the blind spots created by stitched-together point solutions.
Securing the Agentic Future: As enterprises adopt autonomous AI, they face a critical Access-Trust Gap. Agentic AI is non-deterministic; it figures out what it needs at runtime. You cannot pre-provision an agent without giving it broad, dangerous access. Britive is uniquely built to solve this. Our runtime authorization engine extends ZSP to agentic AI, treating agents as first-class identities. We allow agents to request access based on intent, ensuring their actions are scoped, time-bound, and fully attributable.
Britive isn’t just a better PAM tool; it is the foundational architecture for the next era of identity security.
