Overview

The Code42 Incydr product is an Insider Risk Management SaaS solution that rapidly detects data loss, leaks and theft, as well as speeds incident response time. With Code42 Incydr, security professionals can protect corporate data and reduce insider threats while fostering an open and collaborative culture for employees – one that doesn’t block users with heavy-handed traditional data security measures – and allows file sharing as part of legitimate work and productivity.

Since Code42 launched Incydr to the market late in 2020, its software developers have worked at an unprecedented breakneck pace issuing 79 releases to production per day to introduce groundbreaking enhancements to the product. Incydr:
-Detects when reports are exported from an organization’s Salesforce instance to an untrusted destination – a device that is not monitored by an organization’s security team. This first-of-its-kind offering solves the risk tied to high turnover in sales personnel combined with access to valuable customer, prospect, pricing and pipeline data.
-Automatically differentiates between browser uploads to corporate and personal cloud applications, including Google Drive™ and Box, to accurately detect file exfiltration.
-Detects risky data movement to unmonitored devices – like personal phones and laptops – to provide security professionals with visibility into what data is leaving their trusted environments’ control, and helps prioritize and respond to insider risk events.
-Added Incydr Flows, which are designed to monitor, contain, educate or resolve data exposure events and tailors them by severity, context and priority level for a right-sized response to the wide variety of insider risk events organizations face.
-Integrates with the Code42 Instructor microlearning solution, a new Insider Risk education offering that improves Insider Risk awareness through actionable, hyper-targeted and bite-sized lessons to end-users to change security behavior long-term.

How we are different

-For organizations that rely on traditional data loss prevention strategies, which are incompatible with cloud-based environments and tools, data leaks, loss and theft continue unabated. Organizations need a new approach to data security and Code42 is leading the way with the Incydr IRM SaaS solution. Incydr enables thorough protection from data exposure and file exfiltration that could lead to the loss of intellectual property, source code and trade secrets.

-Unlike traditional DLP solutions, Incydr doesn’t rely on blocking to keep data secure. Incydr detects and responds to Insider Risk while simultaneously empowering organizations’ employees to be productive and access the resources and files they need to complete their work.

-With our new work-from-home and hybrid normal and rising employee burnout rates, employees are 85% more likely to leak sensitive files now than before COVID. Code42 has worked diligently to introduce groundbreaking enhancements that address the biggest challenges organizations are facing. Code42 Incydr:
