- Usability and security combined in a unique way.
- Making e-mail better by adding security and audit trail and eliminating file size limits for existing e-mail systems.
- Easy to use, easy operation, fantastic value.

Cryptshare enables the encryption of e-mail and large files sent to anybody in an ad-hoc manner. It is designed to help business users in their everyday work in an easy and intuitive way. Typical entry barriers such as the installation of special software, certificates or the set-up of user accounts do not exist when using Cryptshare. Cryptshare provides secure communication that anybody can use and understand. At the same time, it is focused on today’s business requirements and provides a high level of security, a full audit trail and a powerful policy for central management and control. Cryptshare can be used from a browser or can be integrated into the leading business e-mail solutions MS Outlook β„’ or IBM Notes β„’. In addition to that, powerful APIs allow third-party applications to send e-mails and files of any size automatically through Cryptshare rather than through normal e-mail.
Users love Cryptshare because it takes away the size limitations of e-mail and enables them to communicate with anybody right when they need it from the key application they use every day, sending and receiving any size of content they have to and staying in control.
Administrators love Cryptshare because it is easy to set up and requires almost no administrative attention.
CISOs love Cryptshare because it secures e-mails and large files, it provides compliance by keeping an audit trail, providing possibilities for anti-virus and DLP scans and works with strong encryption and one-time passwords.
But most of all, it is one of the few security solutions that makes life easier, not harder.

Looked around for long time but this is the first solution that I can use without becoming an PGP or S/MIME expert. Go ahead and try that 365 support on that once … but that’s behind πŸ™‚

One of the view security applications which are easy to install and maintain for the IT administrator and even easier to use for the end-user. Has been my true companion for many years.

And not to forget: secure transfer of really big documents has never been easier.:-)

If you have to send around large files to customers, partners, and colleagues and don’t want to use the old rusty ftp server or complicated encryption dongles (seriously – who invented those?) give Cryptshare a try… every kid can use it and it’s encrypted – so you can also send around all the top secret stuff along with your e-mail.

  12. If you don’t know it, check it!
You will be surprised how easyly and secure big file transfers are possible…

  13. Marc Hofmann on September 19, 2016

You can use eMail? Then you can use cryptshare!

Secure (big) file transfer made simple.
I haven’t seen any software which has solved this task easier!

    Not convinced? Try it!

You will be able to send a protected email with a really huge attachment in the same time, than without protection.

We use Cryptshare for many years to send large and confidential files. With the new Outlook Add-In we are able to exchange files and encrypted emails like ordinary email in our popular email client.

Great solution and a competent support, too.

Our clients love it’s ease of use and it’s low cost.
But personally I love the technology.
It’s not often you find a near perfect solution to real world problems. CryptShare found one and my clients are very happy with it.
