Overview

Delta Risk LLC was founded in 2007 to help commercial and government clients worldwide build advanced cyber defense and risk management capabilities. Delta Risk is a global provider of strategic, operational, and advisory cyber security solutions and is a Chertoff Group company.

In 2016, the company has undergone a dramatic transformation led by CEO Scott Kaine, a veteran of multiple security companies, including Cyveillance, CA, Booz Allen, and VeriSign. Under Kaine’s leadership, the management team has expanded in 2016 to include a vice president of Marketing; vice president of HR and Administration; Chief Financial Officer; vice president of Critical Infrastructure Services; and vice president of Federal Services.

In early 2016, Jeff Schmidt from JAS Global Advisors LLC and David Leach from The Chertoff Group also joined the Delta Risk board of directors. Other board members include Chairman of the Board General (Ret.) Michael Hayden, former Director of the National Security Agency and Central Intelligence Agency; Michael Chertoff, former Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security; George Norcross, Executive Chairman of Conner Strong & Buckelew; and Scott Kaine, CEO of Delta Risk.

In July, Delta Risk acquired Allied InfoSecurity, based near Philadelphia, to expand its managed security services and security consulting practice.

Delta Risk has continued to grow its staff and clientele as well, with a focus on healthcare, financial services, legal, public sector, and critical infrastructure. It has also expanded its ActiveEye Managed Security Services to better serve the needs of mid-market organizations that face the same compliance and regulatory obligations of larger companies, but may not have the in-house resources needed to meet and exceed such requirements. Delta Risk also offers training, exercises, and incident response management, among other services. Delta Risk is headquartered in San Antonio, TX, with offices in DC and King of Prussia, PA.
