For a company that incorporated less than 2 years old, the results have been amazing. EclecticIQ has been able to build a team of 20 professionals, 3 offices, raise a seed investment of €2m and currently closing a multi-million € Series-A investment. The founders have over 20 years of experience with building Threat Intelligence service practices at companies including iSIGHT Partners.

They have been able to partner with NATO’s NCIA Agency, win the EU IPACSO Award for Cyber Security as well as the Cyber Defense Magazine award. But the most important is the admiration from its clients. Unfortunately names cannot be openly shared, but include government bodies such as CERT’s and international banks. These organizations generally run the most mature cyber security operations found.

Their flagship product, EclecticIQ Platform, is an enterprise-class Threat Intelligence Management software product aimed at threat analysts and members of SOCs. It digests any type of intelligence and offers powerful tools to normalize, correlate, analyze, prioritize and report on threats. Reports can be shared manually or in an automated fashion with among other end-point solutions,and SIEMs.

EclecticIQ is a member of OASIS and contributes intensely to further development of the STIX/TAXII standards for the description and transmission of threats and its contexts. Many companies including Department of Homeland Security have adopted this standard. Furthermore, EclecticIQ is approved an affiliate member of FS-ISAC.
