Security Operations Center
The Fortis Security Operations Center (SOC) closely monitors a customer’s network and related infrastructure 24x7x365 to detect and issue alerts for exterior and interior threats as they emerge. Methodologies include behavioral monitoring and digital forensics to identify and isolate anomalous activity for further analysis and investigation in order to quickly find and stop the source of an attack.
SECaaS
Fortis SECaaS (Security as a Service) delivers highly scalable, cloud-based protection that readily adapts to today’s evolving threat landscape. Our experts combine the unique Fortis Threat Exchange (FTE) with a dynamically updated SIEM in order to hunt, alert, notify, investigate, and remediate cyber security threats quickly.

Working closely with our customers, Fortis remains always engaged, keeping them aware of the constantly changing cyber security risks and how they can protect their organization. When recommending security solutions, services, and applications, Fortis by Sentinel performs extreme due diligence to ensure we satisfy our customers’ needs. Our process includes interviews, reviews, and service mapping, plus a deep analysis of a customer’s current security posture, regulatory requirements, and more.
• The Fortis by Sentinel MSSP portfolio includes advanced security protection, monitoring, detection, response, and recovery. We have 350+ of the most extensively trained experts in the industry, capable of managing any and every aspect of a customer’s security infrastructure no matter their industry, size, or level of complexity. At the heart of the portfolio is our Security Operations Center (SOC). We strongly believe in a concept we call “SOC as a Partnership”, in which we work closely with our customers to ensure they have consistent input on how we monitor and protect their environment. Sentinel also offers Network Operations Center (NOC) services for our customers, which when paired with the Fortis SOC, further enhances both the security and general operation of their IT environment.
• Fortis by Sentinel also goes out of our way to create original managed security services. The Fortis Threat Exchange shares both known and previously undetected threats with all of our MSSP customers, to continuously improve our detection capabilities. Fortis Knox creates an air gapped vault for a customer’s backup files, monitored by the Fortis SOC to protect them from deletion during a ransomware attack.
