Overview

HelpSystems offers a range of leading cybersecurity solutions and services to over 30,000 mid-to-large enterprises worldwide. Operating within highly regulated industries, these enterprises rely on HelpSystems for the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and threat mitigation to stay ahead of emerging trends. HelpSystems products help enterprises protect sensitive data or valuable IP and prevent potential vulnerabilities from being exploited.

In the last 12 months, HelpSystems has grown into a significant vendor on the global cybersecurity stage, increasing its revenue by over 50% YoY, widening its footprint across 16 countries, and employing over 2,000 staff. Through acquisition, HelpSystems added a further six organizations to its expanding portfolio allowing it to improve the services and solutions it provides. These organizations include Digital Defense, Agari, PhishLabs and Digital Guardian, and bring additional capabilities for pen testing, phishing detection, digital risk protection and enterprise DLP. Both Agari and PhishLabs also provide cyber threat intelligence, allowing HelpSystems customers to benefit from leading industry research dedicated to combatting fraudulent threats such as business email compromise, account takeover, and data exfiltration.

With today’s IT security landscape changing and evolving so quickly, and with many disparate cybersecurity tools at customers’ disposal, HelpSystems understands that managing multiple security products and vendors is a major challenge for organizations. To help solve integration and interoperability issues, HelpSystems is working with customers to develop a new unified security and automation platform for the hybrid cloud. The solution brings together the application and management of several of its leading cybersecurity tools.

As well as product innovation, strong company growth allows HelpSystems to provide customers with long-term stability. With the growing trend of reducing the number of security vendors within the enterprise environment, HelpSystems is in a very advantageous position to continue to serve security-centric organizations.
