Overview
Founders Matt, Jon and Dan came from Navigant consulting, deploying legacy GRC solutions for large enterprise clients. They saw the significant investments organizations were making in the solutions (time, people, financial) that still needed vast customizations to work for the organizations in the end. LogicGate’s founders saw a need for more flexible solutions and created one with LogicGate’s Risk Cloud platform. With the Risk Cloud, anyone can configure and create their ideal risk program in a no-code platform.
LogicGate believes that flexible, easy-to-use enterprise technology can change the trajectory of organizations. LogicGate is dedicated to transforming the way companies manage their governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs, so they can manage risk with confidence. LogicGate’s Risk Cloud platform and cloud-based applications, combined with raving fan service and expertly crafted content, enable organizations to transform disorganized risk and compliance operations into agile processes, without writing a single line of code.
Risk Cloud is an agile governance, risk and compliance cloud platform with a suite of over 25 Applications built to transform GRC operations. The powerful functionality of a no-code application builder, graph database and intuitive design gives process owners the independence to choose from out-of-the-box applications with pre-built templates, tailored workflows or customized solutions specific to their unique process without the support of consultants or IT.
Risk Cloud’s RESTful API, native integrations, API automation partnership with Zapier, and custom Integrations Services team allows for countless integrations. These integrations are built for easy plug-and-play into common tools and processes teams already have in place.
Since its founding, LogicGate has had increasingly positive results and reception within the risk and security community. LogicGate is empowering GRC professionals to drive business value with its platform by promoting trust, managing change, and providing a new way forward with its easy-to-use, flexible Risk Cloud.
How we are different
Risk professionals have traditionally relied on legacy solutions and spreadsheets. But, legacy solutions are inflexible, expensive and require coding expertise along with large amounts of dedicated time and money to implement while spreadsheets struggle to scale. Risk Cloud’s end-to-end suite of risk management solutions blends the right mix of flexibility and out-of-the-box functionality for organizations to manage their risk with confidence in an easy-to-use, drag-and-drop interface in a no-code environment.
LogicGate allows organizations to unlock valuable insights because it’s built on a graph database. This allows it to assess high-risk data processing operations and identify relationships between mitigations and existing risk, third-party and controls-management processes. This results in easier-to-identify high-risk relationships and processes, leading to mitigated data breach risk. With LogicGate’s centralized repository for critical documents and dashboards, organizations can easily keep track of all compliance operations in one place. This store of compliance artifacts ensures a complete record for auditing and a single source of truth for all risk framework data. In the event of an external audit, LogicGate offers reporting, documentation, and signoff features.
LogicGate’s impact stretches beyond just GRC into all of SaaS: they view Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as the future. They’re continuing to advance the Risk Cloud’s RPA capabilities so users can increase productivity, provide intelligent vulnerability analyses, and, subsequently, provide insights as to how to rectify an organization’s weak points within its risk management processes. Many companies don’t even properly acknowledge GRC — not integrating risk into strategic decision-making — a challenge LogicGate regularly faces. LogicGate seeks to combat this way of thinking. Oftentimes, it takes years to build a better risk culture within an organization, requiring all stakeholders, including the board, to be educated on the risks they face. LogicGate overcomes this by providing companies with a tool that’s easy-to-use cross-functionally.
