ManageEngine’s AD360 is a holistic identity governance and administration (IGA) solution which helps enterprises manage and secure identities, mitigate access control risks, perform auditing, and ensure regulatory compliance. The helps automate routine identity management tasks such as user provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning, thereby eliminating human errors and improving business processes. Identity security is one of the core functionalities of AD360, which is a critical capability for an IGA solution.
AD360 helps enterprises adapt to the evolving security landscape and caters to their identity governance and administration (IGA) requirements, while helping them maintain their security posture and thwart attacks. Real-time auditing and built-in compliance reports enable enterprises to conform to IT regulatory mandates. AD360 offers modular licensing and varied deployment options, allowing enterprises to build their IGA system from a wide variety of components.
How we are different
1. Automated lifecycle and role management: Apart from automating user lifecycle management, AD360 helps build purpose-oriented business workflows and supports role-based access control which lets admins define and assign granular roles for stakeholders, enforce policy of least privilege, and segregate duties on privileged accounts to prevent privilege escalation.
2. Compliance and audit performance: AD360 provides administrators with real-time audit reports and alerts on critical changes made to Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments. Besides providing audit reports for privileged user activity and insider threat detection, AD360 helps ensure regulatory compliance by allowing administrators to monitor and analyze logon activities, lockouts, and password changes. It also provides out-of-box reports for IT regulatory mandates such GDPR, SOX, PCI, HIPAA, FISMA, and GLBA, thereby helping streamline compliance management and prevent regulatory risks.
3. Identity analytics and reporting: AD360 uses identity analytics to detect, investigate, and mitigate threats such as malicious logins, lateral movement, malware attack, and privilege abuse. These identity analytics tools exploit technologies such as big data, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure maximum accuracy and mitigate identity-related risks. This is crucial for detecting and removing excessive user privileges, monitoring privileged accounts, and detecting separation of duty (SOD) violations.
