Overview

NetNumber provides the industry’s simplest and most comprehensive STIR/SHAKEN solution. Designed to ensure operators can quickly meet the TRACED Act mandate, Guaranteed Caller restores trust in the public phone network. STIR/SHAKEN (Secure Telephone Identity Revisited/Secure Handling of Asserted Information Using Tokens) allows communication service providers (CSPs) to digitally sign calls from known trusted callers in a way that cannot be tampered with as the call flows through the network. Guaranteed Caller addresses all commonly known trusted-call scenarios, IP and TDM networks, enabling legitimate callers to participate in the STIR/SHAKEN trust network while locking out fraudulent callers. NetNumber is one of the few approved STI Certification Authorities which can issue SHAKEN certificates to CSPs that have been vetted by the STI Policy Administrator (STI-PA).
