Key Capabilities / Features

Device Control is the first layer of defense for organizations looking to protect sensitive data from being lost through USB storage devices, Bluetooth connections, printers, and other removable media. Administrators can block or limit the use of portable storage devices based on criteria such as device type or serial number, as well as time or network policies.
Content Aware Protection employs content inspection and contextual scanning for full DLP protection of sensitive data from unauthorized sharing and malicious exfiltration at the endpoints; both software and hardware based.
Enforced Encryption automatically enforces the use of 256bit AES encryption when the use of USB storage devices is approved for data sharing and portability.
eDiscovery allows scanning of sensitive data at rest stored on employees’ endpoints based on specific file types, predefined content, Regular Expressions, GDPR or HIPAA protected content, and more. Based on the scan results, remediation actions can be taken, such as encrypting or deleting data.
