This advanced platform provides Proficio’s customers with a single pane of glass, giving them complete visibility into their security gaps and provides them with the necessary intelligence needed to improve their organization’s overall security posture.
Proficio recently closed out a record-breaking 2017 and projects to double revenue and market share in 2018. In addition to reaching record-breaking sales last year, Proficio extended the streak of 28 consecutive quarters of recurring revenue growth to 30 in 2018. Substantial gains were fueled by an increase in client base, which was highlighted by industry leading organizations in legal, online retail, and finance sectors. The array of industry additions helped diversify Proficio’s growing portfolio and increased the company’s vertical capabilities.
In May 2018, Proficio announced the opening of its latest facility in Melbourne Australia to better support Australian business and further that company’s foothold in the Asia- Pacfiic Region. News of this expansion follow on the previous years addition of the company’s third security operations center (SOC) located in Barcelona, Spain. That expansion enabled Proficio to better support clients and businesses in EMEA and to continue providing around-the-clock monitoring and alerting capabilities worldwide. In addition to the Barcelona SOC, Proficio has increased its global presence in Atlanta, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
The company also launched their enhanced customer portal, ProView Plus™ with ThreatInsight™ risk scoring and executive dashboards in June of 2018. The ThreatInsight Scoring dashboard is an industry first, offering customers total visibility into the gaps in their security controls and automatically providing recommendations on how to maximize current investments and minimize risks. Adding capabilities like these has led to recognition in the market – Proficio’s managed detection and response capabilities were recently recognized in Gartner’s Market Guide to Managed Detection and Response Services for the second consecutive year.
To support its continued growth, Proficio raised a second round of funding by key investor group, Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. The firm has invested more than $20 million in Proficio.
