Overview
Proficio provides a full suite of managed security services to enable our clients to reduce risk, meet their security and compliance goals, and maximize their investments in security technology. Our team of security experts operate from a network of global Security Operation Centers (SOCs) in California, Spain and Singapore to provide 24/7 security monitoring, investigation, and response capabilities to medium to large enterprises in multiple industries.
Proficio launched its next-generation threat management platform in 2019, in order to provide enhanced services and capabilities to our clients. This cloud-native platform provides clients with many benefits, including increased stability and scalability, improved log search, flexible long-term data storage options and enhanced dashboards.
Proficio was the first MSSP to automate the response to suspicious attacks and contain threats, with capabilities that include endpoint containment, data enrichment, alert aggregation and event whitelisting. Proficio is also the only MSSP to provide executive dashboards and risk scoring that enables IT leadership to understand where gaps in the security posture exist and how their organization compares to their peer group.
Proficio’s services align to the NIST Framework, which prescribes a set of activities (Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover) to achieve desired cybersecurity outcomes and uses 24/7 monitoring to catch possible threats in real-time. Once the incident has been identified, Proficio analysts provide expert investigation services, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and remediation recommendations.
To further enhance our services, Proficio provides threat hunting via its Threat Management Platform, which leverages more than a thousand analytic indicators contributing to 150+ machine learning models. By empowering our security analysts to create and manage AI-based threat detection models, Proficio is maximizing the productivity of our global team of security experts while delivering the most advanced threat detection capabilities.
