SecurityIQ, our enterprise security awareness training and phishing simulation platform, helps organizations build a proactive, cyber-alert culture to measurably reduce phishing and malware attacks.
To be successful, security training and awareness programs need to deliver the right training, to the right people at the right time. SecurityIQ’s massive content library includes thousands of interactive training modules, phishing simulations and learner assessments to keep training relevant, fun and fresh. It intelligently identifies learning gaps to automatically tailor security training content, cadence and difficulty to each employee’s organizational role, security aptitude and learning style. SecurityIQ’s multi-layered approach motivates employees to care about security, report suspicious activity and change their security habits.
Regardless of client size, SecurityIQ’s Client Success Team provides year-round white glove customer service to ensure successful programs. Dedicated client success managers help clients design and implement training programs tailored to the specific threats their organizations face. With an average client rating of 4.7 out of 5, SecurityIQ is proud to be recognized as a Gartner Peer Insights Customers Choice for Security Awareness Computer-Based Training.
How we are different
1) Massive Content Library – SecurityIQ’s comprehensive library of industry and role-based training modules, videos and assessments gives security awareness program managers the variety they need to tailor security education to their staff. Currently, the SecurityIQ library includes ~500 learning assets and 2000+ phishing simulation templates. This helps program managers deliver training that cuts through the clutter and engages learners based on their role, security aptitude and preferred learning style. Every SecurityIQ training module is backed by the company’s 20-year pedigree of rigorous instructional design and psychometric best practices for a consistent, high quality learning experience.
2) Multi-layered, Personalized Security Training – Successful security awareness training is not one size fits all. SecurityIQ sends the right training, to the right employees at the right time. Its real-time learner grading system monitors 22 security-related behaviors to assess each employee's cyber risk resiliency or susceptibility and then automatically delivers security training and phishing simulations tailored to that learner’s security hygiene needs. As grades change, employees’ training paths automatically adapt to align with the behaviors in most need of coaching, saving program managers significant time.
Similarly, SecurityIQ’s Event-Activated Learning delivers just-in-time microlearning based on users’ involvement in EPP- detected security events. SecurityIQ integrates with threat intelligence solutions like Symantec to automatically deliver in-the-moment training reminders to learners who: attempt to download malware, fall for phishing or fall victim to other EPP-monitored events. Taking less than a minute to complete, Event-Activated Learning is tied to users’ involvement in related security events, equipping them to more quickly recognize attacks and decide to report rather than respond to them.
3) White Glove Client Success Services – SecurityIQ customers are assigned a Client Success Team to assist and mentor them every step of the way, from implementation and campaign content selection to program development and ongoing
