Twine’s nomination is award-worthy because we’ve built an Agentic AI Platform purpose-built to deliver end-to-end cybersecurity execution: not just recommendations, alerts, or simple workflow automation. Our platform introduces AI Digital Employees: goal-driven, multi-agent systems that can investigate, reason, coordinate across tools, and execute complex security work from A to Z in the same way a skilled team member would.
Twine’s architecture goes beyond a single “agent” or a collection of scripts. Specialized agents collaborate to gather context, interpret policies and exceptions, connect to enterprise systems (IGA/IdP, HR, ticketing, and business applications), and complete the work with continuous learning and adaptation. This enables proactive security outcomes: identifying risk and misconfigurations, analyzing exposure and business impact, automating mitigation and remediation, improving account and group hygiene, and producing auditable reporting, all while operating within enterprise-grade guardrails.
We’ve identified IAM as a critical domain in cybersecurity, and wanted to help teams with overload and identity risks. That’s why we’ve built Alex, our first AI Digital Employee: an Identity & Access Management (IAM) expert. Alex accelerates high-volume identity programs (like hygiene, ownership verification, and governance workflows) and extends into more complex initiatives that typically stall due to time and resource constraints, while keeping humans in control with clear approvals, separation of duties, and traceable actions.
What makes Twine’s impact distinct is that we close the cybersecurity execution gap. Security leaders often know what needs to be done, but don’t have the time or staffing to do it consistently across sprawling identity environments. Twine’s Agentic AI Platform gives teams a scalable, trustworthy “digital workforce” that reduces manual burden, improves governance, and drives continuous progress toward security objectives.
