Overview
Proficio’s global team of security operations center (SOC) analysts, engineers and developers is comprised of cybersecurity experts who are trained in the latest cybersecurity threat hunting techniques and technologies. The SOC team is strategically located around the world in Asia, North America, and Europe to provide maximum, 24×7 coverage for Proficio’s customers.
Many of Proficio’s SOC team members are veterans who fought for their country before pursuing a career fighting a different kind of threat in cyberspace. Proficio has found that the same skills that made our veteran team members great soldiers have also helped them to remain vigilant for cyber threats and to quickly and accurately respond to threats to ensure the security of our clients’ networks.
The Proficio SOC team has been a driving force behind the company’s continued growth and global expansion. In 2018, the company opened a Melbourne operation, Proficio’s third location in the Asia-Pacific region in addition to an existing global SOC in Singapore and an office in Hong Kong. In EMEA, the company opened its third SOC in Barcelona, Spain in May 2017. These SOCs were opened to meet the fast-growing demand of regional businesses for the around-the-clock managed security services that our global SOC team members provide.
