Overview
Varun is a Cyber Security professional with more than 8 years of domain experience across all major industry verticals. He has been responsible for growing a team of 10 consultants to 150+ professionals in a span of 3 years as an entrepreneur for his first organisation. Further, his professional experience encompasses end to end client management and delivery of medium to large sized Cyber Security projects. He has published multiple research papers and books in Cyber Security and also been acknowledged for discovering first of its kind malware for Blackberry platform in early 2009. Varun has pioneered one of industry’s first Security as a Service initiative with his ISP client in 2008 delivering the Vulnerability Management service over the subscription cloud.
Later, he has been involved in conceptualizing technologies, designing security architecture, implementing and managing 20+ Security Operations Center for global clientele. Varun’s expertise in Endpoint Security and Encryption has been acknowledged by vendors to include revisions in their patch upgrades for anomaly correction and stable product releases.
