Yaamini currently works for Dell Technologies and is instrumental in the development and testing of secure software solutions for products and services. Her noteworthy position as a Vulnerability Response Champion for VxRail underscores her expertise in analyzing and mitigating vulnerabilities within the product. With a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Johns Hopkins University, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Throughout her academic journey at Johns Hopkins University, Yaamini’s remarkable achievements were duly recognized with prestigious accolades, including the RSA Security Scholar, WiCyS Conference Student Scholar, and Black Hat Student Scholar awards. These acknowledgments underscore her dedication and excellence in the field of cybersecurity.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Women In Cybersecurity, Austin. She also serves as an Event organizer volunteer for Women In Cybersecurity, Colors of Inclusion chapter and as a Lead Volunteer for the Secure Diversity community. In these roles, Yaamini devotes her time to organizing events and delivering talks aimed at promoting cybersecurity and fostering diversity within the field. Her primary focus is on advocating for gender equality in cybersecurity, recognizing the need for greater representation of women in the industry.
