iGOT Karmayogi is an online learning platform being developed as an integral part of the Digital India stack for capacity building of all government employees. This provides ‘anytime-anywhere- any device’ learning to train around 2.0 crores central and state government employees which was so far unachievable through traditional measures.
eHRMS 2.0 @ DoPT, Ministry of Personnel, Govt. of India
An online portal to provide end to end HR services to the Government employees including Employee onboarding, Recruitment, Deputation, Transfer, Promotion, Leave management, IPR Filing, Vigilance Clearance, Training, Competency passbook, eService book, LTA, TA/DA, Passport NOC, Loans & advances, Various reimbursements, VRS and Resignation. Portal is being integrated with Probity, Bhavishya, PFMS, APAP, eOffice, SPARROW and iGOT to make this a single window for all central government employees.
