Rajashekhar Reddy Kethireddy is a seasoned expert in software architecture and DevOps, boasting over a decade of experience in enterprise-level security engineering and automation. His career began after earning a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, in 2012, followed by a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University in 2015.
Since then, Rajashekhar has held pivotal roles at prominent companies like IBM, where he has worked since 2019, first as a Senior DevOps Engineer and later as a Software Architect. In his current role at IBM (May 2023 – present), he focuses on developing highly reliable and scalable cloud storage solutions within IBM Cloud. He also plays a key role in SOC2, HITRUST, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance initiatives, ensuring the services meet stringent security and privacy standards.
Rajashekhar’s work includes implementing continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines, leveraging tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Kubernetes to automate cloud infrastructure management. His leadership extends to overseeing complex cloud storage enhancements and driving innovation across teams to optimize performance, reduce downtime, and enhance security protocols.
Earlier in his career, Rajashekhar contributed to various projects, such as leading efforts to integrate Cleversafe into IBM’s public cloud offerings, supporting object storage, automating AWS components, and enhancing monitoring systems with tools like New Relic, ELK, and Grafana. His hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security standards, and automation have made him a highly respected figure in the industry.
