Muktesh Adusumilli serves as Application Security Program Manager at SWBC with over 16 years of experience spanning application security, cloud security, DevSecOps, risk management, and cybersecurity leadership.He leads enterprise-wide application security initiatives that protect critical financial systems, digital platforms, and customer-facing applications. Operating in a highly regulated environment, he has transformed application security into a strategic business capability that enables innovation while strengthening risk management and regulatory compliance.

Muktesh designed and implemented SWBC’s enterprise application security program from the ground up, establishing security governance, secure development practices, vulnerability management processes, and risk-based security controls across the organization’s technology portfolio. His leadership has embedded security throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring that security is addressed proactively rather than as a late-stage compliance activity.

Recognizing the growing complexity of modern cloud-native environments, Muktesh championed the adoption of AWS security best practices and DevSecOps principles, integrating security into development and deployment workflows. By introducing automation into security testing, vulnerability management, and risk assessment processes, he significantly improved operational efficiency while enabling development teams to identify and remediate security issues earlier in the lifecycle.
