As the channel leader in Cybersecurity Awareness training, Breach Secure Now prides itself on being a content company. Pushing out weekly “Micro Trainings” on cybersecurity best practices, daily supplemental materials on hot topics in cyber, and yearly 30 minute long Annual Trainings, the Content Team is constantly working to push the envelope on “standard” workplace trainings.
With this year’s Annual Training, the team took their creativity a step further, drafting a movie style script, and hiring a production company to film a cybersecurity whodunit. This style of training went far beyond PowerPoints and presenter style videos of the past to create an engaging, informative, and memorable cybersecurity training that serves to educate a new generation of superhuman firewalls.
• The team's cybersecurity content spans the entire calendar year in a variety of mediums to keep training fresh, relevant, and consistent. (Content such as videos, articles, infographics, social media posts, quizzes, games, etc. are sent out to users on a rolling daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis).
• Content is created with educational learning theories in mind. For example, this year’s Annual Training was enhanced with supplemental material that addressed different learning styles. In addition to releasing an engaging, Hollywood style film that covers the most likely culprits of a breach, an accompanying PDF was sent to users to enhance information retention. A second, formal training style video and PDF was also provided as an option for learners who preferred a more traditional approach.
• With a pulse on cybersecurity and pop-culture's engagement initiatives, Breach Secure Now’s Content Team of 4 members strive to create and send content that is accessible, effective, and empowering to its users.
