Overview

As a U.S. military veteran, Candice brings more than 25 years of experience serving in the military, working in the intelligence and cybersecurity field, to her current position as Director Integrated DoD Account at Nightwing, a national security business previously part of a leading Fortune 100 company. During her military tenure, Candice served as the Commander of the Joint Intelligence Operations Center at Cyber Command where she was responsible for providing and producing the intelligence required to support the Cyber Commander and staff, subordinate component commands, joint task forces, and the national intelligence community. In this role, she focused on the delivery of accurate, timely, and complete intelligence to U.S. Cyber Command. Her team provided intelligence for planning, execution, and assessment of its missions to direct, operate, and secure Department of Defense networks, systems, and data; deter or defeat strategic threats to U.S. interests and infrastructure; and support achievement of Joint Force Commander objectives. Candice was also instrumental in the integration of women into combat arms and served close to half of her career in infantry divisions.

With her past experiences in the military, Candice brings her expertise and knowledge from the field to her current role at Nightwing. Having had an inside look at the operations of the defense department, Candice has a forward-looking approach, being able to quickly understand how to interpret the challenges being faced and what tools and strategies are best needed to combat them both now and in the long term.
