Mr. Fleming has led the Cyber and Cyber Security industry as a senior executive visionary for over two decades. He was the founding managing director for IBM’s Cyber division. He also founded BLACKOPS Partners Corporation to specifically address the Cyber Security issue facing all companies, government agencies, military, universities and research organizations. He created the 360 degree view of Cyber which entails all facets required to combat economic espionage and the $5 trillion the US loses each year in total economic value. This required vision, strategy, an industry -leading intelligence engine, among other significant capabilities. He continues as a pioneer in Cyber Security by educating the market that the Cyber war cannot be solved by only IT or products alone and must be driven by the CEO and Board.
