Faizan Zia, Founder, President & CEO of Connsci, possesses over 18 years of IT and Government sector experience, rising from sales/business development to senior leadership in Product Management, Product Marketing, and Training & Enablement. He holds a B.S. in Public Health with a Minor in Organizational Leadership from The University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA from The University of Maryland Global Campus, alongside certifications in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Learning & Development, and Product Management.
Establishing Connsci in 2017, Faizan is dedicated to providing innovative and cost-effective IT solutions. He’s consistently lauded as a top performer and actively contributes to community service, notably in children’s and health causes. Faizan engages in workforce development programs and enjoys exploring diverse cuisines and spending time with family and friends.
Additionally, Faizan oversees the cyber investigation program for the State of Florida, focusing on crafting protocols, recommending technology solutions, and conducting training. He leads the implementation of an Incident Response, Recovery, and Reporting audit program, ensuring compliance with NIST standards and state regulations.
