Overview

ControlScan SOC Analysts are a primary component of our security threat detection and response program, which ensures each business is protected and they don’t have to worry about being victimized by a data breach, malware, ransomware, or any other form of cyberattack.
ControlScan SOC Analysts provide 24×7, eyes-on-glass support and are specially trained to assess, investigate and rapidly respond to security alerts and anomalies. Year to date, the SOC Analysts have handled more than 64,000 “medium,” “high” and “critical” events involving malware, defense evasion, exploits, code executions and more.
Security industry certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Network+ and Security+ are represented within the ControlScan SOC. Many ControlScan SOC Analyst team members also hold advanced degrees in cybersecurity.
