Holding an MS in Negotiations from the University of Baltimore and presently pursuing a PhD, Mr. Sobundu is actively driving the development of a cyber investigation program for the State of Florida. Additionally, he is at the helm of implementing an Incident Response, Recovery, and Reporting audit program, ensuring alignment with NIST standards and state regulations.
