Overview
Jesse was selected to build and lead a start-up style “Solutions” Business Unit within TDI responsible for building differentiation through innovation. He was successful in developing the Cybersecurity Performance Management (CPM) Framework, now recognized by Gartner. He led engineering efforts to produce the first CPM automation platform, CnSight®, an innovative enterprise application providing the automation necessary for organizations to benefit at scale with CPM to manage cybersecurity, driving improvements in performance and effectiveness. Jesse has been instrumental in advancing performance centric cybersecurity.
Jesse holds a master’s degree in Information Technology, with a concentration in Information Systems Project Management from the George Washington University and maintains the CISSP and PMP certifications.
Accomplishments
• Jesse led the CnSight® Go to Market Strategy and activities to realize high double-digit growth and signed new strategic partnerships with large cyber vendors and resellers. Recently TDI successfully launched the new Managed Cybersecurity Performance (MCP) offering which mitigates risk, reduces ransomware, provides continuous compliance, improves cyber-ROI, and provides comprehensive and instantaneous visibility into how an organization is performing against known Cyber Performance Indicators.
• Jesse made key hires this past year that significantly accelerated delivery of key product roadmap milestones. Additionally, his efforts were recognized with promotion from Vice President of TDI Solutions to CIO & Head of Solutions. In this expanded role Jesse has already made a tremendous impact in preparation for corporation certifications.
• Jesse led the development of intellectual property, thought leadership and innovation around Cybersecurity Performance Management (CPM) to include publication of pivotal industry report which Gartner commented is most aligned to their guidance: Cybersecurity Evolved: nSights Report. Jesse’s efforts led to CPM becoming the TDI’s foundational core competency and the glue which binds together our other capabilities of Cyber Operations and Cyber Compliance.
