At Claro Brasil, I lead a diverse team of 38,000 employees, and 40,000 contractors, and support over 100,000 partner users. My leadership was recognized with the “Top 10 Cases” award in 2023, reflecting my expertise in Brazilian information security. One of my key achievements is the ‘Autentica’ project, which integrates facial biometrics with Serasa Experian’s Liveness 3D technology, ensuring non-repudiation and data confidentiality for millions of clients across 18,000+ stores.
