Fenix24 restores full business operations after destructive attacks, not individual servers. Teams mobilize within one hour of notification and work alongside the client’s internal staff, breach counsel, and forensics firm. Recovery times run 53% to 57% faster than industry averages. Fenix24 now supports clients in 96 countries across industries like healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and legal. Those engagements surfaced a consistent finding: stated recovery time objectives are wrong, usually by a wide margin, and organizations discover this during the restore. The cause is rarely the backup product. It is that no one mapped what business services depend on before trying to bring them back.
Fenix24 built Argos99 to close that gap. The platform correlates live telemetry from 70+ connected data sources across on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including hypervisors, directory services, identity, and backup platforms. Through the Resiliency Intelligence Assessment, Fenix24’s advisory team defines a client’s Minimally Viable Enterprise, the systems and applications that must come back first for the organization to operate. Argos99 evaluates backup coverage against that definition and reports which servers supporting critical applications are missing from the backup platform, which dependencies of those applications go unprotected, whether storage is configured for immutability, whether the architecture can meet stated RPO and RTO during a ransomware event, and what identity weaknesses would stop backups from surviving the attack. Recovery sequencing is then generated automatically from dependency relationships and backup state, so restoration order exists before an incident instead of being reconstructed during one.
Fenix24 also created the Resiliency Operations Center, a team that manages recovery posture the way a SOC manages intrusions. The ROC executes the prioritized remediation, clears failed backup jobs, hardens backup infrastructure, isolates Tier 0 identity, and runs restore verification continuously, so continuity plans stay accurate as environments change instead of being validated once a year.
