NOMINATION HIGHLIGHTS

Over the past 12 months, GuidePoint Security has reinforced its position as the cybersecurity solutions leader by delivering measurable outcomes, unmatched expertise, and tailored, customer-first solutions that address today’s most pressing security challenges. This impact is reflected in our continued momentum and growth amid an increasingly crowded industry and unpredictable macroeconomic climate.

GuidePoint has expanded to a workforce of over 1,250 employees and maintained double-digit growth and industry-leading customer satisfaction and retention rates. We opened three new offices, including a new headquarters in Reston, VA, and expanded our executive leadership team. Our culture remains a key differentiator, earning recognition from Inc. and USA Today as a Top Workplace. Continually pushing the industry forward, GuidePoint has expanded our service offerings to meet growing demand and proactively align with emerging threats and technologies—introducing new capabilities in cloud security, identity and access management, AI/ML risk, and expanding our “as-a-service” portfolio. Today, more than 5,500 organizations of all sizes and across every industry, as well as over half of U.S. cabinet-level agencies, rely on GuidePoint to strengthen their defenses and reduce risk.

Our success is rooted in innovation, expertise and a solutions-focused mindset. More than 50% of our workforce are tenured cybersecurity engineers, architects and consultants. Through R&D and ongoing customer input, we continuously identify gaps in the industry and deliver tailored solutions. One example: GuidePoint Security University (GPSU), a talent development initiative designed to address the cybersecurity skills gap. GPSU provides training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to aspiring professionals, especially active-duty military, veterans, and military spouses. The program is fully remote-capable, flexible, and cost-free to learners, with strong veteran mentorship and support. Over the past year, GPSU saw a 53% increase in learners, completed its first Co-Op with Grand Valley State University, was awarded the DOL HIREVets Gold Medallion and placed 54 learners into cybersecurity roles.

In parallel, we continue to invest in thought leadership and community advancement. Our free threat intelligence publications and in-depth research inform the broader cybersecurity ecosystem, with many external organizations building upon our initial threat research and analysis. In addition, we continue to invest in workforce development and DEI initiatives to build a more resilient cybersecurity ecosystem.

In a market saturated with point solutions and transactional relationships, GuidePointSecurity stands out by delivering strategic, vendor-agnostic guidance, high-touch support, and long-term value. We don’t just solve problems—we empower our customers to stay ahead of them.
