Mr. Huy Hung Khong is the Chairman of the Board of VNCS Global, Co-Founder and CEO of VNCS, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity and digital risk management. With formal training in both engineering and business administration, he seamlessly combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight-driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth within Vietnam’s evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Prior to founding VNCS, Mr. Khong held key positions at global technology leaders such as Huawei and Telefónica. Through these roles, he gained extensive international experience in telecommunications infrastructure and enterprise security systems. Exposure to global standards and large-scale operations shaped his forward-thinking approach to cybersecurity governance, business scalability, and long-term market development.

Widely regarded as a key architect of Vietnam’s cybersecurity ecosystem, Mr. Khong previously served as Chairman of the Vietnam Information Security Association (VNISA). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in elevating national cybersecurity awareness, strengthening public-private collaboration, and fostering stronger connections among government agencies, enterprises, and industry experts. His leadership helped advance professional standards and accelerate Vietnam’s integration into the global cybersecurity community.

A visionary entrepreneur, Mr. Khong pioneered Vietnam’s distinctive D-S-D (Distribution-Service-Development) model-an innovative and comprehensive framework that integrates world-class cybersecurity technology distribution, high-quality managed services, and in-house solution development. This unique model has enabled VNCS to establish a fully integrated cybersecurity ecosystem, delivering end-to-end protection and long-term strategic value to organizations operating in increasingly complex threat environments.
