To foster continued growth and innovation, in 2021 PPLSI invested in expanding its leadership team to include a suite of first-ever positions, including Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Senior Vice President of Software Development and Engineering, and Senior Vice President of Data Engineering.

This year, IDShield announced new benefits, including a partnership with global cybersecurity company Trend Micro to offer the most advanced security protection plan on the market to combat cybercrime. New protection features use cloud-based AI technology to ensure complete, maximum security for all devices to protect against ransomware, viruses, dangerous websites, identity theft and more. PPLSI also acquired yourself.online, an industry-leading AI-based service providing privacy and reputation management tools for social media and online accounts. The acquisition will allow IDShield to continue innovating and expanding the brand’s identity, privacy, security, and reputation management capabilities for its’ million+ members.

In addition, IDShield expanded its portfolio of personal and business security products with IDShield for Business. The cyberattack protection program offers companies with little or no IT personnel a comprehensive, affordable way to mitigate risk and recover from a cyberattack.
