Overview
Jeff has spent the majority of 2020 educating the masses on cybersecurity.
February 2020- Jeff speaks at the launch of the Durham College Centre for Cybersecurity & Innovation.
April 2020- Jeff spoke to both the Ajax Pickering Board of Trade members and the Business Advisory Centre Durham about Cybersecurity from Home. He also sat on a panel with Durham College Tech Talks “How Secure is Your Home”.
May 2020- Jeff enlightened the FEI Governance, Risk & Compliance Virtual Conference about Cybersecurity Best Practices and he joined the Toronto Entrepreneur Virtual Conference speaking about Cybersecurity for the Remote Workforce.
October 2020- Jeff was featured on the CompTIA BizTech Podcast about Mitigating your Business from Cyber Attacks. Later that month he joined the Global Talent Accelerator as a panelist to discuss cybersecurity, best practices and risk management.
November 2020- Jeff is elected as a member of the CompTIA Canadian Business Technology Community and speaks at the groups Quarterly meeting about Cybersecurity for Businesses and what he has learned in 2020. Jeff is also interviewed by Marissa Lynn on Rogers local cable 10 Durham Region : In Your Business.
Dec 2020- Jeff joins another panel to speak with students at the Ryerson Tech Talent Accelerator about cybersecurity innovation and the language of business.

Accomplishments
Jeff Dawley takes the complex technical issue of cybersecurity and reframes it in terms that can be understood by both IT and non-IT decision-makers in businesses of all sizes and across industries.
When Jeff is educating a group of people, he doesn’t spend his time elaborating on the scary parts of cybersecurity. Yes, they need to be mentioned, but there is no need to dwell on the stories that hit the press every day. Jeff is more interested in helping people learn how to help themselves.
Jeff is a wonderful presenter and although he has a team that focuses on sales while he is educating people on cybersecurity, his focus is on education. He always takes the time to answer ever question, ensuring everyone feels that their concerns are valid and addressable.
