Jennifer is a great strategic thinker whose integrity, creativity and passion make her an invaluable leader and a critical force underpinning each of SpyCloud’s achievements. She embodies a CFO focused on building a strong team, engaging with the Austin community and executing on plans that will drive SpyCloud to success.

Under Jennifer’s leadership, SpyCloud experienced strong financial performance and significant corporate growth during 2020 in spite of the unprecedented challenges from the global pandemic. Jennifer successfully guided the company’s financial management and operations to support 69% year-over-year revenue growth in 2020 and 218% three-year compound annual growth rate, working with over 300 customers, including five of the Fortune 10. She also built out a highly effective operations leadership team, most notably focused on legal and global risk and compliance to manage the rapidly evolving data privacy landscape critical to the SpyCloud business model.

Jennifer led the closing of a $30M Series C funding round in August 2020, bringing total investment capital raised under her tenure to $56M and a near-600% increase in post-money valuation during that same period. In addition, she drove a 50% increase in SpyCloud’s employee base in 2020 with no layoffs through successful recruiting and retention programs, building SpyCloud to a 130+-person organization, despite remote work challenges and highly competitive market for talent.

Jennifer played a critical role in SpyCloud’s pandemic operations, pivoting from opening SpyCloud’s first single-occupant 10,000-square-foot office to smoothly transitioning employees to home office after less than three months, all while maintaining SpyCloud’s strong corporate culture remotely and managing the financial investment of the unused office space.

Jennifer brings over 30 years of corporate finance and operations consulting experience, with the last 15 years spent in the cybersecurity industry.
