He led a complete transformation of the company’s IT operations by moving away from an externally managed structure and rebuilding everything internally. This decision resulted in a secure, scalable, and audit-ready infrastructure that now supports the business with greater efficiency, faster turnaround, and clearer oversight.

Jonathan established a modern and reliable IT model that prioritises visibility, responsiveness, and long-term resilience. Business-critical tasks that once required external communication and delays are now completed in a matter of minutes. He introduced clear processes, improved monitoring, and structured support systems that give each department the ability to operate with confidence and clarity.

His work also includes building a strong security and compliance framework suited to the company’s regulatory needs.
