Her leadership journey spans leadership roles like Group CISO at major organisations — including Neurealm, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, Aspire Systems, Prodapt, Cognizant, and Ramco Systems — where she consistently strengthened security posture, governance, and compliance while nurturing high-performance teams.

She led critical initiatives to secure remote work environments during the pandemic and managed resilient responses to real-world crises such as the Chennai floods, ensuring continuity of services and protection of sensitive data even under extreme conditions.
