NOMINATION HIGHLIGHTS

Keith Hollender, CEO and Co-Founder of Arcova, has spent more than two decades helping organizations turn cybersecurity from a technical requirement into an enabler of resilience, trust, and growth. His leadership is defined not only by the business he has helped build, but by the people, culture, and sense of purpose behind it.

Keith’s journey with the company is one of transformation. After helping build MorganFranklin Cyber into a nationally recognized cybersecurity business, he led a private equity-backed management buyout that established the firm as an independent company. He then guided the organization through the complex work of building a standalone enterprise, strengthening its leadership team, investing in scalable operations, and rebranding the business as Arcova.

The Arcova name reflects the company Keith is building: a modern advisory and technology firm operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, data, AI, digital resilience, and trust. Today, Arcova serves more than 100 enterprise clients across highly regulated and critical industries, including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and technology. Under Keith’s leadership, the company has expanded its strategic advisory, managed security, identity, governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and AI capabilities while maintaining a relentless focus on client outcomes.

Keith has also driven disciplined strategic growth, including Arcova’s 2025 acquisition of Lynx Technology Partners, which expanded the firm’s GRC and risk-management capabilities. His leadership has contributed to sustained growth, strong client retention, and recognition including the 2026 Fortress Cybersecurity Award for Organizational Excellence.

At the center of that progress is culture. Keith has worked intentionally to build a company grounded in service excellence, integrity, accountability, healthy conflict, innovation, and a team-above-all mindset. He believes strong cultures are built through clarity, trust, and shared ownership, not slogans, and that people perform at their best when they understand the mission, are empowered to lead, and know their work matters. He has reinforced a solutions-not-blame mindset, encouraged direct and constructive debate, and created an environment where high standards and genuine care for people coexist. That philosophy has helped Arcova attract exceptional talent, deepen client relationships, and navigate significant change without losing its identity.

Beyond Arcova, Keith serves on the Cybersecurity Advisory Board at Seton Hall University and was recognized as a Top Global Icon by CIO Today in 2026.

By combining vision, execution, culture, and client impact, Keith is helping shape the future of cybersecurity, digital resilience, and trusted innovation.
