Philipe “Phil” Bruce is an enterprise cybersecurity executive who leads the integrated Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Security function at Detego Health, a regulated healthcare benefits and technology platform serving small businesses, independent workers, and members through data driven health benefit models.
