The team is comprised of 3 aligned groups that include content developers, analysts and engineers. These individuals all work together as a single global unit using proprietary processes, integrated technologies, and leveraging use cases to maximize output and effectiveness. Proficio’s SOC team members continually collaborate to uncover and verify new threats and act as a true extension of our clients’ in-house teams.
Proficio’s SOC team provides their clients with custom-tailored alerting, dashboards, reporting and support based on the client’s individual cybersecurity needs. This team of cybersecurity experts is known for their ability to provide only the most accurate alerts and deliver faster notifications to prevent potential damage from security breaches. The team develops and utilizes correlation rules, use cases and other expert intelligence to dramatically reduce alert fatigue and provide clients with only real, actionable alerts that are communicated and responded to immediately.
