Cybersecurity, product security and compliance and risk specialists converge to deliver Relativity’s fully integrated security program. This team is called Calder7, and their mission is simple: anticipate threats and mitigate risks to stay ahead of the adversaries. Curated in-house at Relativity, the Calder7 team is the largest security team in legal tech stationed around the globe. What was once a far-off vision is now a fully developed team with 55+ security professionals who protect Relativity’s security fortress so customer and employee data remains protected.

From Relativity’s hiring process to our continual training, we foster an atmosphere of security awareness and responsibility. Calder7 ensures that every employee at Relativity is accountable for information security and ensuring policies are upheld—even after their departure. The team is passionate about cybersecurity and does its best to make learning about security fun for everyone. The team recognizes that company-wide security isn’t about asking employees to police one another. They encourage other teams (i.e. engineering, marketing, HR, etc.) to have fun with these habits all while keeping each other accountable and secure. Through various company Slack channels, employees can quickly share real time cybersecurity threats and other instances they’re seeing to keep each other up to date. These interactions are meant to be playful while reiterating that every Relativity employee is responsible for keeping the fortress safe.
