Overview

Cyderes delivers fast and effective cyber threat detection and response using a best-of-breed, proprietary cloud native analytics platform and a world-class special operations team for threat hunting and incident response. We offer comprehensive solutions in managed detection and response, identity and access management, and professional and consulting services for the modern enterprise.

Formed in late 2021 from the merger of two industry-leading cybersecurity pioneers, Herjavec Group and Fishtech Group, Cyderes has quickly become one of the most dynamic managed security services providers in the world. Working with top technology partners, Cyderes has six security operations centers across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and India. Our dedicated team of cybersecurity experts supports the world’s largest banks, entertainment companies, and healthcare and utility providers. In 2022, the merger was recognized as Deal of the Year by SC Media.

Since the merger, Cyderes more than doubled its workforce by hiring more than 450 people and saw 50%+ growth in managed services revenue.

As part of its 2023 expansion plans, Cyderes is opening its newest Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Orlando, Florida. Cyderes is also continuing to hire world-class talent, with plans to grow the workforce to a team over 1,000 strong by the end of 2023.

In January of this year, the Cyderes team was presented with Google Cloud Security’s “Partner of the Year” award after experiencing a phenomenal year of growth and adding value to several core Google security products.

Accomplishments

• Doubled Cyderes’s workforce in one year.
As Director of Talent Acquisition, Sagar Bharadwaj leads the team responsible for recruiting and hiring across the globe. In 2022, Cyderes, as a newly formed organization, doubled its workforce with 451 external hires in an extremely tight cyber talent market. These hires included all segments of the organization from C-suite to entry level, from technical to support -- as well as remote, onsite, and hybrid positions in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and India. “Acquiring the right talent is the most important key to growth. Hiring is the most important thing I do,” said Sagar.

• Focused on relationship building.
Sagar prioritizes partnering with leadership to establish and continuously improve the overall hiring experience. As a seasoned talent acquisition leader with 15-plus years’ experience, he derives energy and passion from successful hires. Sagar makes a strong impact as a highly engaged member of the Cyderes leadership team focused on relationship building, strategic management, hands-on talent acquisition, executive hiring, operational management, talent management, global mobility, coaching and mentoring, and change management.

• Powering Cyderes’s exponential growth in 2023.
As part of the company’s 2023 strategic expansion plans, Sagar and his team continue to hire world-class talent. Cyderes is expanding its global reach with several new offices opening across the U.S. and India and is actively researching further mergers and acquisitions. To support these growth plans, Sagar plans to increase the workforce to a team of over 1,000 strong by the end of 2023. Cyderes expects continued growth in its managed services, identity, and professional services revenues in 2023 as it expands its global channel partner program, which includes building out the channel and alliance sales organization. The talent discovered, nurtured, and delivered by Sagar and his team will fuel this growth.
