NOMINATION HIGHLIGHTS

Stu Solomon is a cybersecurity leader with a rare blend of technical expertise, operational discipline, and mission-driven leadership. As CEO of HUMAN Security, he has accelerated innovation across the company’s Human Defense Platform, launched category-defining products such as AgenticTrust, and expanded a global partner ecosystem—all in pursuit of one mission: making the internet safer for all.

Before joining HUMAN, Stu served as President of Recorded Future, where he led global operations across product, marketing, and customer delivery—culminating in a $2.65B acquisition by Mastercard in 2024, the largest threat intelligence deal to date. His previous executive roles at Optiv (acquired by KKR), iSIGHT Partners (acquired by FireEye), and Bank of America, as well as board membership and investor roles across the security landscape.

A proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and the Rutgers School of Law, Solomon continues to serve as a senior officer in the Delaware Air National Guard where he has honed his technical skills and a strategic and mission-driven focus during a more than 25-year active duty and reserve component military career, aligning seamlessly with HUMAN’s DNA, core values and vision.

As AI-fueled threats accelerated at an unprecedented pace, Stu pushed HUMAN to evolve just as quickly. HUMAN secured $50M in growth funding from WestCap, Goldman Sachs, and others, fueling product development and the expansion of the Human Defense Platform to meet the rising demand for AI-augmented detection and investigative tools by introducing HUMAN Sightline, which identifies, isolates, and investigates bots and automated traffic with precision.

Stu’s technical knowledge, coupled with his business acumen, allowed him to quickly establish the connection between the signals that HUMAN collects, about 20 trillion a week, and how they can be used to power our engine and deliver products and solutions designed for agentic e-commerce. HUMAN swiftly launched AgenticTrust, a new module in HUMAN Sightline built to provide the visibility and control needed to govern agent-driven automation.

As legitimate consumers increasingly use AI agents to interact with brands online, the traditional “bot or not” paradigm has shifted to a more important question: “trust or not.” In response, Forrester renamed the Bot Management category the “Bot and Agent Trust Management Market” to reflect this shift.HUMAN delivers a unified approach built for an internet where humans, bots, and AI agents coexist. Major AI developers, including OpenAI and AWS, recognize HUMAN as a trusted solution to verify AI agent traffic.
