Thiago created the first cybersecurity startups accelerator in Portugal, the program has 50% woman in the team, Thiago is a business angel and is investing in early stage cyber founders (4 already) shaping future leaders, already did more than 12 speeches spreading the word about cyber resilience world wide in the last 12 months. The acceleration program has 13 startups from 3 different countries (Portugal, UK and Brazil) with 40% of the startups with woman founders.
Thiago also mentor as a volunteer in the women4cyber project (3 mentees)
