At Entrust Datacard, Anudeep Parhar is at the helm of an organizational transformation – internally as well as through the solutions and services provided to the end user. Since the beginning of his tenure at Entrust Datacard, Parhar has focused on building a team that integrates the core functions across the organization, thereby providing operational efficiency, a lower overall cost delivery model, and offering a full enterprise view that includes roadmapping and governance, architecture, project management, and talent mapping and growth.

Entrust Datacard’s newly integrated suite of core IT and OT platforms and market facing technology operations is uniquely positioned to enable its customers’ digital transformation — most notably, the rapid transformation to a cloud-based infrastructure in all facets of the business. These new platforms, led by Parhar, will enable new business models by delivering innovative digital security technology services and products that will help customers with their digital transformation.

In addition to his traditional responsibilities as CIO, Parhar serves as an advocate for cybersecurity awareness within both the organization and local community. As conversations in the C-suite address both IT and business issues that arise from an identity and security perspective, CIOs are set to play a larger role within the organization. Not only will they be choosing which technologies the business invests in, they’ll also play the role of educator – tasked with building programs that educate employees on how to securely use these technologies. Parhar has embraced this role as an educator by actively working with the Minnesota High Tech Association to educate and build alliances with fellow industry players and professionals, and with local robotics teams to improve cyber security awareness and technology
